Personally, we found the 60's and 70's decor a bit overwhelming at times. While it added character, it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Sun Guest House in Kutaisi is a charming place with incredibly kind staff and great views. the air-conditioned room had extremely comfy beds and a clean bathroom. Its central location just off the center, near Kutaisi Cathedral and downtown, makes it very convenient.

Stayed at this charming guest house for 5 nights. Kakha, the host, was wonderful - polite, flexible, and generous. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the center and Green Bazaar. Grateful for Kakha's hospitality and for letting us leave our bags after check out. Lovely terrace areas to enjoy complimentary fruit and tea. Will definitely return!

my stay at this guest house was fantastic and peaceful. The vintage furniture and amazing view overlooking the Old Kutaisi made it a very unique experience. The hosts were the nicest people you can imagine, and the pleasant atmosphere and beautiful seating in the garden made it a perfect place to relax. The own winery and wine cellar added a special touch to the stay. One memorable moment was sitting outside on the terrace, enjoying the stunning view of the town while relaxing under the shades of fruit trees.

No shower amenities in the shared bathroom.

The location is great, just a short walk from the city center and close to Bagrati cathedral. the rooms are spacious, cozy, and very clean. the owners are extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. the breakfasts served are delicious, and they even offer traditional Georgian dinners and their own wine. They also arrange tours to any place you wish. I highly recommend this place!

Incredible staff helped me when serving my elderly parents. This place has Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. It suits me perfectly. I am coming back for my holiday.
